The Mama Workshop

Are you a mama who needs time for herself? Craving honest conversations about motherhood? Then this is the class for you!
The Mama Workshop is a combination of a supportive mother's group and an experiential method of self discovery. We will use post natal yoga, meditation, compassionate discussion, art and writing to explore our new selves and create a nurturing community of mamas. Some topics we will be exploring are; our new identity, ways to integrate all the parts of ourselves, both the beautiful and challenging ways our lives have evolved and much more!
Take time for yourself and join us for a 5 week class. Space is limited to keep group small and intimate. Cost is $150.
